Application Submission

Complete and submit the online application form along with all required documents. A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required.

After application review, shortlisted candidates are invited for an assessment and family interview. This helps us understand your child's strengths and needs.

Acceptance & Enrollment

Successful applicants receive an acceptance letter. Complete the enrollment process by submitting the enrollment contract and paying the enrollment fee.

Answers to common questions about our admissions process

When should I apply for admission?

We recommend applying as early as possible as spaces fill quickly. Our priority application deadline is March 1 for the upcoming academic year. However, we do accept applications on a rolling basis throughout the year, subject to space availability.

What is the student-to-teacher ratio?

Motherland Academy School maintains a low student-to-teacher ratio to ensure personalized attention. In primary grades, our ratio is 15:1, while in middle and high school, it's 20:1. We also have teaching assistants in many classrooms, providing additional support.

Do you offer transportation services?

Yes, we offer transportation services for an additional fee. Our bus routes cover major residental areas and bus fee depends on the distance from the school.

Is financial aid available?

Yes, we offer need-based financial aid to qualifying families. The financial aid application process is separate from the admissions process. Please contact our administration for more details.

What support services do you offer for students with learning differences?

Motherland Academy School has a dedicated Learning Support Department that provides services for students with mild to moderate learning differences. Our team includes special education teachers, reading specialists, and counselors. We create individualized learning plans and provide accommodations as needed. During the admissions process, please share any evaluations or IEPs so we can determine if we can meet your child's needs.
